Job Summary:

Oita Restaurant, a fast-growing and trendy Japanese restaurant, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the coordination of all Front of House operations. This is a full-time position that requires a professional and organized individual to manage the restaurant's daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all Front of House operations, including customer service, reservations, and table management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting the restaurant's standards.
  • Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and expenses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant operations and increase efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing Front of House operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
