Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to assist the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the shop floor, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including HR duties, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and managing take-away platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage restaurant numbers and financial data.
  • Support in inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
