The Restaurant and People Administrator plays a vital role in enhancing the operational efficiency of our restaurant while supporting human resources initiatives. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various tasks to ensure seamless operations and effective team communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Assistance: Collaborate with management to facilitate daily restaurant operations, including inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Data Oversight: Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity within the hospitality management system.
  • Human Resources Support: Maintain HR documentation, oversee employee records, and manage various HR processes such as surveys and leave management.
  • Employee Engagement: Provide support in employee relations, document meeting notes, and assist in performance evaluations.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Manage the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, reviewing applications, and overseeing onboarding procedures.
  • Training Management: Organize and facilitate training sessions as required.
  • Scheduling and Communication: Handle appointment scheduling, note-taking, and keep the team informed with updates.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and distribute employment contracts and onboarding materials for new hires.
