Job Title:Restaurant and People Administrator
Location:On-site at Kioku and Humo Restaurants
Reports to:General Manager and Head of People
Department:Front of House (FOH)

Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Restaurant and People Administrator to join our team at Kioku and Humo. This role is integral in supporting our restaurant operations and human resources functions. You will work closely with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, assist with HR tasks, and facilitate effective communication across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support:Assist management teams with daily operations, including maintenance support and stock ordering.
  • Data Management:Provide accurate data and reports to other departments and ensure the integrity of data on the Fourth Hospitality system.
  • HR Administration:Maintain and update HR records, manage employee files, and handle tasks such as employee surveys, exit interviews, and holiday management.
  • Employee Relations:Offer guidance on employee relations, take notes during meetings, and support employee reviews (2/7/11 weeks).
  • Recruitment:Act as the first line of recruitment by posting job openings, screening CVs, and managing the onboarding process through Harri.
  • Training Coordination:Schedule and support training sessions as needed.
  • Scheduling and Communication:Manage appointment scheduling, note-taking, and provide updates to the team.
  • Contract Management:Prepare and distribute offer letters, contracts, and starter packs for new employees.
  • Ad Hoc Duties:Undertake any additional tasks as instructed by the Line Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in HR administration and restaurant operations is a plus.
  • Proficient in using HR systems like Fourth and recruitment platforms like Harri.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
