Job Title: Restaurant and People Administrator
Location: On-site at Creative Restaurant Group
Reports to: General Manager and Head of People
Department: Front of House (FOH)

Role Overview:
The Restaurant and People Administrator plays a pivotal role in enhancing the operational efficiency of our restaurant and supporting our human resources initiatives. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively with management to ensure seamless daily operations while managing HR-related tasks and fostering communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Assistance: Provide support to management in daily activities, including maintenance coordination and inventory procurement.
  • Data Oversight: Ensure the accuracy of data and reporting for various departments, maintaining the integrity of information within the hospitality management system.
  • Human Resources Management: Oversee and update employee records, manage personnel files, and conduct tasks such as employee feedback surveys and leave management.
  • Employee Engagement: Facilitate employee relations by documenting meeting notes and assisting in performance evaluations.
  • Recruitment Support: Manage the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, reviewing applications, and overseeing the onboarding experience.
  • Training Coordination: Organize and facilitate training sessions as required.
  • Scheduling and Communication: Handle appointment scheduling, note-taking, and provide relevant updates to the team.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and distribute employment contracts and onboarding materials for new hires.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other tasks as directed by the Line Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in HR administration and restaurant management is advantageous.
  • Proficient in HR software and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
