Digital Insights Analyst

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

A prominent online platform focused on health and wellness is on the lookout for a Digital Insights Analyst to become a vital part of their expanding Data team. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing and enhancing the complete customer journey.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Digital Insights Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to leverage GA4 for an in-depth analysis of customer interactions across mobile, web, and application platforms. This position offers a unique chance to engage in cross-departmental digital insight initiatives and take the lead in customer journey analysis and enhancement. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of new product features and functionalities through A/B testing methodologies.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proficiency in GA4
  • Experience with A/B testing is preferred
  • Familiarity with SQL/BigQuery is advantageous but not mandatory

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Salary range of £40,000-£50,000, depending on experience
