Their expertise encompasses a wide range of services including Business Services, Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail, and Investment Banking.

Role Overview:

AMS is seeking multiple Project Managers - Customer Journey for a 9-month contract, available in a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating digital customer journeys for both Brokers and Clients, ensuring the seamless operation of all business performance activities.
  • Collaborating with downstream systems and teams to ensure precise identification and reporting.
  • Developing operational processes to integrate the acquired mortgage portfolio onto the relevant systems.
  • Making informed decisions to manage the prioritized journey backlog effectively.
  • Overseeing the customer journeys from inception to completion.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, governance, and communication protocols.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in the Financial Services sector.
  • Background in mortgages is advantageous.
  • Experience in migration processes is a plus.
  • Proven experience in journey development and Agile methodologies is essential.
