Role Overview:
AMS is seeking multiple Project Managers - Customer Journey for a 9-month contract, available in a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating digital customer journeys for both Brokers and Clients, ensuring the seamless operation of all business performance activities.
- Collaborating with downstream systems and teams to ensure precise identification and reporting.
- Developing operational processes to integrate the acquired mortgage portfolio onto the relevant systems.
- Making informed decisions to manage the prioritized journey backlog effectively.
- Overseeing the customer journeys from inception to completion.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations, governance, and communication protocols.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in the Financial Services sector.
- Background in mortgages is advantageous.
- Experience in migration processes is a plus.
- Proven experience in journey development and Agile methodologies is essential.

This client will only consider candidates working through an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
