We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Optimization Specialist to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital team, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital roadmap and enhancing the user experience across our sites.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the digital optimization team in executing the personalization roadmap, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
- Support the optimization of 3rd party tools to maximize business value, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze the customer journey, identifying pain points and proposing data-driven improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
- Support the day-to-day management of relationships with relevant 3rd party vendors, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Create recommendation strategies across all sites, setting up optimization tools and monitoring success metrics.
- Assist in implementing and managing personalization tools and technologies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the CRM and marketing teams to ensure consistent and personalized messaging across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities to identify trends and strategies that could benefit Frasers Group.
- Help develop and implement personalized content for users based on their behavior and preferences.
- Monitor data trends over time to identify significant changes and potential opportunities for optimization.
- Assist in mapping out the customer journey using data insights to identify key touchpoints and areas for improvement.
- Use data to segment customers based on behavior, preferences, and demographics to tailor marketing and personalization efforts more effectively.
- Proven experience in digital optimization, product management, or analytics roles.
- Proven experience reviewing on-site customer experience.
- Experience working with on-site personalized and recommendation tools.
- Experience of analytical tools (such as GA and ContentSquare).
- Experience managing day-to-day relationships with third-party tools.
- Understanding of personalized algorithms and their impact on the customer journey.
