User Journey Optimization Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to join our team at AJ Bell Management Limited. As a key member of our digital team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven decision making and user-centric design.
Key Responsibilities- Conversion Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive testing roadmap that aligns with business objectives and initiatives. Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website elements, user journeys, and conversion funnels.
- Conversion Insight: Analyze test results, communicate insights to internal stakeholders, and provide regular updates on progress and performance metrics to ensure transparency across the business.
- Website Analytics: Monitor and analyze website and digital performance using web analytics and customer feedback tools. Translate insights into actionable recommendations to inform the test backlog.
- User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to implement user-friendly design principles and improve the overall digital experience. Contribute to refining website elements to streamline user journeys.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, technology, and UX teams to execute the testing roadmap.
- Strong practical understanding of web technologies and HTML.
- Experience using data analytics tools, preferably GA4 and Crazy Egg.
- Awareness and understanding of UX & CX design principles.
- Experience working with web developers.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is desirable.
