Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our UX team, you will be responsible for owning all customer journeys on our website, optimizing performance, and formulating UX hypotheses to be A/B tested.

You will track performance data, interpret results, and provide conclusions to validate UX paths. Additionally, you will demonstrate KPIs uplift with optimizations and recommendations for UX/UI journeys, and create monthly presentations for senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own all customer journeys on our website
  • Optimize performance of customer journeys
  • Formulate UX hypotheses to be A/B tested
  • Track performance data and interpret results
  • Provide conclusions to validate UX paths
  • Demonstrate KPIs uplift with optimizations and recommendations for UX/UI journeys
  • Create monthly presentations for senior management
Requirements
  • Strong experience in UX research and analysis
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and other UX performance analysis tools
  • At least 2 years of experience in UI and understanding UI principles
  • Quick sketching methods and ability to create accurate wireframes
  • Strong experience in A/B testing
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • High level of English, both verbal and written
