Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our UX team, you will be responsible for owning all customer journeys on our website, optimizing performance, and formulating UX hypotheses to be A/B tested.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership of all customer journeys on our website
  • Optimization of performance of customer journeys
  • Formulating UX hypotheses to be A/B tested
  • Tracking performance data of tests and interpreting results
  • Interpreting data and coming back with conclusions to validate UX paths
  • Demonstrating KPIs uplift with optimizations and recommendations for UX/UI journeys
  • Creating monthly presentations for senior management with findings and suggested actions
  • Knowledge and usage of Fullstory tools
  • Responsible for organizing trainings and knowledge sharing with teams on Fullstory tool
  • Collaboration with design and development teams throughout the process
Requirements
  • Very familiar with Google Analytics/GTM, Adobe Analytics, and other UX performance analysis tools
  • At least 2 years of experience in UI and understanding UI principles
  • Experience in UX research in iGaming/Sportsbook (nice to have)
  • Quick sketching methods and ability to create accurate wireframes
  • Strong experience in A/B testing
  • Team player who can work closely with different departments, ensuring vision and requirements are delivered
  • Inquisitive person who helps define why and specific problems to address through frontend design and UX
  • Problem solver with flexible thinking and comfortable dealing with change and discovering answers
  • Excellent attention to detail to think about different scenarios within user journeys and providing best solutions
  • Strong communication skills to ensure smooth navigation between stakeholders/teams and conveying UX/UI solutions
  • Data-driven and strong Analytics skills to back up UX/UI solutions
  • Positive/can-do attitude and eager to learn and evolve
  • High level of English, both verbal and written
