Job Title: Product Analyst - Customer Journey Optimisation

Job Description:
We are excited to bring you a new opportunity to work with one of Europe's fastest-growing and most talked about e-commerce brands, who are currently looking for support from a Product Analyst on a customer journey optimisation project.
The Role and Responsibilities:
- Generate actionable insights on the e-commerce site and app's customer journey.
- Run A/B tests, incrementality, and utilise amplitude.
- Query the Big Query database (SQL).
- Utilise Python for data extraction, manipulation, and modelling.
- Liaise with Product Managers to understand their vision for their product and run projects to support them in shaping that vision and bringing it to reality.
- Build dashboards and reports in Tableau to highlight key customer metrics.
Requirements:
- Experience working in product analytics, ideally within an e-commerce or web/app-first business.
- Strong SQL skills with exposure to Big Query.
- Statistical background with experience running A/B tests (MVT, AB, Test & Learn, etc).
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Python is desirable, as is DBT, Amplitude (or similar).
Benefits:
- £400-£500 per day, outside of IR35.
- 6-month contract.
