Role Overview

As a Reservations Agent, you will report directly to the Reservations Manager and serve as the initial point of contact for our guests. It is essential that the reservations team maintains a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times. Your responsibilities will include managing guest bookings for accommodations and parking, addressing inquiries, and promoting our other properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee guest reservations, ensuring their preferences and requirements are fulfilled to the highest standards.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities and pricing.
  • Encourage guests to explore additional services within the hotel or other properties in our portfolio.
  • Set clear expectations for guests prior to their arrival.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with a reservations system is preferred; familiarity with Opera is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Highly motivated and a collaborative team player.
