Assistant Reservations Manager

We're seeking a skilled Assistant Reservations Manager to contribute to our team's success.

About the Role

As an Assistant Reservations Manager, you'll be responsible for managing reservations, bookings, and guest experiences. You'll have a strong background in restaurant reservations or a related field, with experience in OpenTable and email systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reservations and bookings efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and team members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve guest experiences and increase revenue
  • Work collaboratively with the reservations team to achieve goals and objectives
