Summary

**Reservations Co-Ordinator**

**About the role**:
Some of the key tasks include but are not limited to:

- Utilise our in-house booking system to manage reservations, provide written confirmation
- Manage guests reservations, ensuring that their needs and wants are met to the highest standards
- Give details of hotel facilities and pricing information
- Upsell other areas of the hotel
- Ensure expectations are set correctly, in advance of the guest’s stay
- Assisting the Reservations Manager with agreed daily tasks
- Assisting with group bookings where directed
- Ensure daily reservations checks are completed
- Follow up on payments and cancellation charges
- General administration tasks

**Experience you will have**:

- Gained work experience in the same of similar role (at least 1-2yrs), preferably within a prestigious hotel environment
- Excellent communication skills with both clients and colleagues
- Positive and friendly attitude with a passion for customer service
- Highly organised with a strong eye for detail
- Enthusiastic approach with the desire to exceed guests expectations
