**Salary: £28,000**

**Main purpose of job**:
Support polling and survey activities to underpin build delivery. Collate proactive reports from APX to highlight risk and prioritise 3rd party resource to align with delivery plans. Co-ordinate and assist field-based surveyors with desk-based support regarding on the day issues and queries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and record data onto work management systems - Update information onto a shared in-house database.
- Preparation, submission and updating of Asset Register - Record all information on spreadsheets regarding new telecommunications structures that are built.
- Submission and tracking of network adjustments - Log and submit documents to Openreach to help bring their network up to a useable standard. (System Training will be given)
- APX CSV DL and proactive updates of all polling data critical for resource allocation and tracking
- Proactive tracking and reporting of poll status from Design to Installation
- Permit management
- Engagement with local authorities
- Resident engagement and complaint management - initiated from the Communications team.
- Submission and tracking of Reg 5
- Tracking of pole return forms.
- Reserve NOIs
- Submission and tracking of network adjustments.

**Relevant Experience**
