**About the Job**:
Reporting to the retrofit coordinator manager, you will become part of an experienced team responsible for overseeing the entire retrofit assessment and coordination process. This includes developing survey software tools, enhancing the customer journey, and ensuring compliance with Trustmark standards for both surveys and technical solutions.
- Responsible for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process, including assessment, design, installation, handover and monitoring.
- Manage the retrofit survey process throughout the Midlands, ensuring high standard of quality and compliance through the process.
- Work alongside the sustainability manager and sustainability team to grow business brand in energy efficiency retrofit solutions through SHDF, LAD and ECO funding streams.
- Provide accurate and effective energy modelling using RdSAP and full SAP, providing guidance on solutions for meeting specific scheme criteria.
- Manage the PAS2035 lodgement process of Trustmark in accordance with main contract delivery programmes to allow timely draw down on funding.

**About you**:

- To be qualified with Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Assessment
- Domestic Energy Assessor qualified.
- New build energy assessor qualified (OCDEA)
- Proven ability and experience of managing survey processes around housing refurbishment schemes.
- Full UK Driving licence
