**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Eco Installation Manager to prepare and oversee the delivery of retrofit projects in compliance with ECO4 and PAS2030:2019 requirements.

The Installation Manager will play a critical role in assessing properties to establish suitable measures for installation and assisting the Quantity Surveying team in preparing quotations for works.

The Installation Manager will assure the timely delivery of key stage KPIs from the receipt of new leads for Technical Survey and Quotation, through to the installation and handover of the energy efficient measure works.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Liaising with both Retrofit Coordination, Internal Departments and Site Management, own and coordinate the efficient and accurate installation of retrofit projects. Conduct daily / weekly assessments of project progress, quality, and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

Liaise with our Commercial team tracking project costs and identifying opportunities to optimise resources and minimise project expenditure.

Collaborate with Retrofit Coordination and Design and Measure delivery teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure the compliant implementation of retrofit solutions.

Manage the collation and storage of accurate project documentation, including installation records, compliance reports, and safety documentation.

Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, promoting best practices

and adherence to industry standards.

**Role Requirements**:
You must possess a Technical / Construction Background with at least 3 years proven

experience in delivering retrofit works under ECO4 and LAD, HUG or SHDF and understand

installation methods and building regulation requirements.

It is vital to have a solid understanding of PAS retrofit requirements, be able to decipher

Retrofit Assessments and Designs and understand aspects such as system designer

carding and installer competencies.

Possess strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise

tasks effectively with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.

Familiarity with ECO Surv software for project management and documentation would be

desirable but is not essential.

Must have SMSTS card
