We are seeking a highly skilled Surveying and Estimating Professional to join our team at Linsco Ltd. as an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor.

This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary of £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the surveying and estimating aspects of construction projects;
  • Coordinating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success;
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues;
