**What youll be doing**
This role involves working across multiple IT systems so you need to be able to learn new systems and processes quickly. As a Flight Co-Ordinator in our Supply Ops team your responsibilities will include:
- Managing ticketing for all scheduled flights and supporting the team to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Responsible for reporting on ticketing progress, developing, and identifying opportunities.
- Managing airline communication and distributing where necessary.
- Liaising with our airline partners in a professional manner.
- Dealing with any operational changes and identifying issues to improve the customer experience and journey.
- Queue management understanding ticketing time limits.
- Consistently demonstrating a strong focus and drive to achieve targets within agreed deadlines.
- Working as part of a team as well as working independently to handle and manage workloads.
- Increase customer loyalty, delivering customer satisfaction, delivering consistent and professional communications.
- Demonstrating up to date product and brand knowledge while having an in-depth knowledge relating to our portfolio of destinations and supplier products.
**Youll be a great addition to our team if you have the following skills, knowledge and experience**
- Knowledge of interpreting Airline Contracts and GDS/NDC ticketing is essential
- Knowledge of UK scheduled airline fare structures
- Possess a good geographical awareness to assist with making reservations, recalculating amendments, processing refunds and the ability to issue and reissue tickets.
- Previous experience of flight booking systems
- Experience of achieving KPIs
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to effectively prioritise, plan and organise workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Outstanding communication skills
**What to expect from our interview process**
We will have a two-stage interview process for this position that will consist of a first stage Microsoft Teams interview and a second stage interview at our Aeroworks office in Manchester City Centre.

**Ways of working**
This role is full time hours, 37.5 hours per week, working Monday Friday 09:00 - 17:00. We offer hybrid working, youll be in the office 2 days per week and working from home 3 days per week.
During your induction period you will be required to work from our amazing Aeroworks office in Manchester, this is to make sure you have all the support you need during the start of your journey with us.
