Account Director Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Account Director to join our team at Carousel Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting, developing, and growing new revenue streams, with a focus on client retention and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and negotiate subscriptions to ensure client retention through annual contract renewals
  • Build and maintain key relationships at a senior level within assigned client groups
  • Proactively manage accounts through regular networking and meetings with clients
  • Monitor client service usage and ROI against objectives and expectations
  • Upsell additional services to optimize usage
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records on SalesForce
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in a PropTech / Construction / SaaS / subscription environment with direct responsibility for increasing client retention rates
  • Extensive client management experience, including managing C-suite client relationships
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven with a strong client focus
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
