Position Overview

Head of Sales (Southern Region) – IT Service Provider – Cloud Solutions & Cybersecurity

Exciting opportunity for a skilled Head of Sales with expertise in the following areas: Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity, Network Connectivity, and IT Services.

Do you possess a proven track record in expanding sales teams? Are you well-versed in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and IT reseller sectors? Do you have the enthusiasm and commitment to mentor and develop team members?

Our client, a prominent IT service provider, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Sales to lead and enhance a team comprising Sales Specialists, Account Managers, and Partner Managers.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this role is pivotal in providing leadership to achieve and surpass performance metrics and strategic corporate goals, directly linked to meeting and exceeding targets in alignment with corporate strategy, product offerings, pricing, and ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating the regional sales strategy in accordance with the overarching market approach.
  • Ensuring the attainment of Annual Order Value, Customer Retention, Contractual Revenue, and Non-Recurring Revenue objectives with team contributions.
  • Leading, managing, and inspiring a regional sales team across essential functions: Sales Specialists, New Business Development, Partner Relations, and Account Management.

Core Duties of the Head of Sales:

  • Maximizing all sales opportunities.
  • Overseeing the effective management of the sales process and communicating relevant matters to the Senior Management Team in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Director and Marketing team to ensure comprehensive representation of services across all marketing channels to optimize lead generation.
  • Providing direction to team members and making informed decisions to achieve individual and collective objectives aligned with overall sales and company strategy.
  • Conducting regular meetings with team members to ensure alignment and performance tracking.
  • Coaching, training, and developing Sales Managers to enhance their team's performance.
  • Working closely with the Sales Director to ensure strategic alignment and maximize cross-selling opportunities.

Compensation Package:

A competitive base salary of up to £110,000 plus On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £220,000 and additional benefits.
