Sales Director

Job Summary:
Criterion Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at CHL Head Office. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales efforts across our portfolio of hotels and supporting the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Team: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve and exceed bedroom sales targets.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to promote our hotel rooms and event facilities, staying ahead of market trends and competitor activities.
- Manage Sales Performance: Manage the sales team with a strong emphasis on driving bedroom sales and enhancing overall performance, monitoring key metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Cultivate Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth, identifying new business opportunities and crafting customized sales proposals to meet client needs.
- Present to Clients: Conduct show rounds and presentations for prospective clients, showcasing our hotel rooms and facilities, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge, and collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare insightful sales reports and present key findings to senior management for informed decision-making, providing data-driven recommendations to drive business growth.
