Telecoms Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Telecoms Support Engineer to join our team in Croydon. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide expert support for our telecoms and connectivity services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for our VoIP platform and other telecoms services.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across all platforms.
- Interact with clients through tickets, emails, and calls, providing clear communication of technical topics.
- Contribute to the improvement of our platform and processes.
- Develop a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to see support scenarios through to completion.
