Job Summary

ISS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Operations Coordinator to provide crucial support to ensure the efficient delivery of facilities services. As the initial point of contact for the Facilities department and on-site team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a well-functioning workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery of facilities management services to a high standard, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement across all aspects of FM operations, implementing process enhancements to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise the on-site team and external contractors, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the building and meeting rooms, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Assist with reporting and compliance related to personnel records, right-to-work documentation, and onboarding processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Experience in administration, with a focus on facilities management or a related field.
