As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and organized office space that reflects our company values and ways of working. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our office is tidy and well-stocked, and that our employees have everything they need to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Be the first point of contact for office landlords and key stakeholders, and ensure that all correspondence is handled promptly and professionally
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our office environment and employee experiences
  • Collaborate with our Experiences team to plan and execute company-wide events and celebrations
  • Ensure that our office is compliant with all health and safety regulations, and that all necessary inductions and training are completed

  • Experience in office administration or a related field
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to problems
