Clinical Support Specialist - Wound Management, Respiratory Care, IV Solutions, and Continence

Role Overview: The Clinical Support Specialist will collaborate closely with Hospital Accounts to deliver training and education on optimal clinical practices related to Wound Management, Respiratory Care, IV Solutions, and Continence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the sales team to bolster sales initiatives.
  • Facilitate the inclusion of products in formularies.
  • Support and present at educational Study Days.
  • Provide product training to healthcare professionals.
  • Manage case studies and evaluations.
  • Ensure all stakeholders have access to pertinent clinical information.

Travel Requirements: This position entails considerable travel within the designated territory and may necessitate occasional overnight stays.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated clinical experience in wound management, IV solutions, and continence care.
  • Possess commercial acumen with the ability to cultivate relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • While this role is not primarily sales-driven, an understanding of clinical education and revenue enhancement through increased product utilization is essential.
