We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Adult ADHD Service as a key member of our multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients with ADHD, working closely with our Nurse Consultant and ADHD Nurse Specialists.
Key Responsibilities- Exercise advanced clinical expertise and judgment in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with ADHD.
- Develop and implement personalized clinical management plans, including independent prescribing, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with medical and nursing staff in primary and secondary care to ensure seamless patient care and minimize avoidable delays.
- Provide high-quality clinical supervision to ADHD nurse specialists and contribute to the development of the team.
