As an Advanced Practitioner at DHU Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in various clinical settings. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your advanced clinical skills and experience to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
About the RoleThe Advanced Practitioner will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and referring patients requiring clinical services. You will work autonomously, utilizing your expertise to make decisions and communicate effectively with patients and carers.
Key Responsibilities- Practice autonomously without direct supervision
- Utilize advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients
- Recognize the need for and initiate relevant diagnostic investigations
- Recognize the need for and initiate advice of relevant specialisms
- Exhibit excellent nonverbal and verbal communication skills
- Registered Adult Nurse, Paramedic, or Pharmacist with the relevant professional body
- Registered as an independent non-medical prescriber
- A minimum of 2 modules at Level 7, including assessment of clinical examination skills
