About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People and Culture Director to join our team at Huntress. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's HR strategy and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategy: Collaborate with our leadership team to create a comprehensive HR framework that enhances the employee experience and supports the company's strategic goals.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment process, identifying innovative solutions to attract and retain top talent that aligns with our company values.
  • Learning and Development: Implement training programs that ensure our staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Performance Management: Manage the performance review process, providing guidance on performance improvement and identifying opportunities for professional growth.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture Building: Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Policy Development: Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, legally compliant, and reflective of best practices in the sector.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to both staff and management, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive workplace atmosphere.
Requirements
  • CIPD qualified (Level 5) or working towards this qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR generalist role.
  • Experience implementing a People and Culture strategy and evaluating its success using both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Understanding of the HR needs of a small/medium-sized company, supporting efficient HR systems and processes.
  • Experience embedding EDI principles through policies and practices.
  • Strong familiarity with employment law, ensuring legal compliance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs.
  • Experience managing budgets and preparing relevant management reports.
