We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of People and Culture to join our team at Adecco. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Create and execute HR plans that align with the company's business objectives, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Lead the HR Team: Manage and develop a high-performing HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Employee Engagement and Experience: Design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall experience, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Talent Development and Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop HR solutions that drive business growth and success.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating risks to the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data to inform HR decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
