Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that drives business growth and success
- Lead the HR team in designing and delivering people and culture strategies to support rapid expansion
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote vision, action, and strategic growth
- Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and thrive
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on people-related issues
- Project manage operational HR programmes and provide detailed commercial advice
- Experience in a HR or People & Culture role - ideally for 3-4 years
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
