Job Title: People & Culture Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People & Culture Director to lead and develop our people strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the following aspects of HR:

  • Organizational design and development
  • Employee onboarding and engagement
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Learning and development programs
  • DE&I initiatives and cultural transformation
  • International mobility and talent management
  • Partnership with WPP on strategic people initiatives

You will work closely with senior management and the rest of our People team to ensure our people practices align with business objectives and drive organizational success. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for people and a proven track record in HR, we encourage you to apply.
