Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business objectives
- Lead the design and delivery of talent acquisition and management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business growth through people-related initiatives
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers
- Manage and develop the HR team to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to support the business
- Develop and implement metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our people strategy
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
