About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic People and Culture Lead to join our team at Handle Recruitment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our people strategy, driving business growth through talent acquisition and management, and fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead the design and delivery of talent acquisition and management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business growth through people-related initiatives
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers
  • Manage and develop the HR team to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to support the business
  • Develop and implement metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our people strategy
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement strategic people plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and managers
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on driving business growth through people-related initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our people strategy
