We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Hire to join our team as Director of Inclusion, People and Culture. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and implementing a comprehensive people function that supports our ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of our people strategy, aligned with our business objectives
- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive company culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Design and deliver effective talent management programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
- Develop and implement HR operations processes, ensuring seamless integration with our business systems
- Provide strategic HR advice to our leadership team, ensuring informed decision-making
- Collaborate with our senior leadership team to drive business growth and success
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, with a track record of delivering strategic people initiatives
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in the UK and US
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions
