About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Hire to join our team as a Director of Inclusion, People and Culture. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading both the People and Talent functions, with a focus on building a high-performing culture that drives business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Lead the design and delivery of talent management programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and development initiatives
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to the leadership team and other stakeholders
  • Manage HR operations, including HR systems, processes, and policies
  • Develop and implement metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of people initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a scaling start-up or fast-paced environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and implement business-driven HR strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with HR systems, processes, and policies, with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Strong understanding of local employment laws and regulations, with experience working in both the UK and US territories
