About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Hire to join our team as a Director of Inclusion, People and Culture. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing HealthTech startup as they scale and expand their people function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to drive a culture of inclusion, diversity, and equity.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement HR operations processes to support the growth of the company.
- Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Work closely with the COO to ensure the people function is aligned with the company's overall strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a scaling startup or a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business outcomes through people strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations, particularly in the UK and US territories.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
