About the Role:
- Recruitment and Selection: Support all recruitment and selection activities to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
- Training and Development: Drive our training and development culture to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Performance Management: Work closely with management team on all performance management matters to ensure employee growth and development.
- Compliance: Ensure complete compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Employee Engagement: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and suggest initiatives to enhance employee engagement and well-being.
- Communication: Be responsive and proactive in communicating effectively with employees and management.
- HR Systems: Support managing our HR/Payroll/Internal comms systems.

About You:
We are looking for an experienced Director of People, Culture, and Inclusion who has at least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within hospitality. Private members' club experience is a plus. In addition, to be successful in this role, you will need:
- Sound HR Generalist Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations.
- People Handling: Comfortable handling all levels of people matters.
- Professionalism: Confident, professional, and welcoming personality.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategically minded and able to identify and create new systems and procedures.
- Organizational Skills: Standards driven with the ability to organize and plan ahead.
- Flexibility: Have a flexible approach to work.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
