About the Role:

About You:

We are looking for an experienced Director of People, Culture, and Inclusion who has at least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within hospitality. Private members' club experience is a plus. In addition, to be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sound HR Generalist Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations.
  • People Handling: Comfortable handling all levels of people matters.
  • Professionalism: Confident, professional, and welcoming personality.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategically minded and able to identify and create new systems and procedures.
  • Organizational Skills: Standards driven with the ability to organize and plan ahead.
  • Flexibility: Have a flexible approach to work.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
