About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of People and Culture to join our team at The Arts Club. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects our commitment to service excellence and providing support across the club.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through effective talent management, employee engagement, and cultural development. You will be responsible for leading our People and Culture department, focusing on the entire employee experience from onboarding to performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth through talent management and employee engagement
  • Lead the development and implementation of cultural initiatives to enhance employee experience and well-being
  • Collaborate with management teams to drive performance management and talent development
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in human resources and talent management
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders

About You

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Director of People and Culture who has a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will have at least 3-5 years' experience in a leadership position, with a strong background in human resources and talent management.
