The Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Executive Team as the Executive Director of People and Culture. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's culture and ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and values.
  • Lead the development and delivery of high-quality learning experiences that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Team to drive cultural change and promote a high-energy work environment.
  • Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Develop and implement effective HR practices that support the organization's growth and success.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in senior people and culture roles, driving cultural change and developing exceptional learning experiences.
  • CIPD qualified with in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, EDI agendas, and strategic implications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that align with the organization's goals and values.
