The Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Executive Team as the Executive Director of People and Culture. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's culture and ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and values.
  • Lead the development of a high-performing HR function that delivers exceptional service to our employees and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our CEO and Executive Team to drive cultural change and innovation across the organization.
  • Provide strategic leadership on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to ensure that our organization is a leader in this space.
  • Develop and implement effective learning and development programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in senior people and culture roles, with a strong background in HR best practices and strategic leadership.
  • CIPD qualification and/or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically.
  • Passion for creating a culture of excellence and a commitment to our organization's mission and values.
