Job Summary

About the Role

The Executive Director of People will be responsible for leading our people strategy, driving cultural change, and developing exceptional learning experiences to enhance our workplace excellence. You will collaborate closely with our CEO and Executive Team to cultivate a high-energy environment and drive our organisation's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy to drive cultural change and enhance workplace excellence
  • Lead the development of exceptional learning experiences to nurture top talent and drive organisational success
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Team to drive organisational change and improvement
  • Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to cultivate a high-energy environment and drive our organisation's success
Requirements

We are seeking a proven leader with a track record in senior people and culture roles, driving cultural change, and developing exceptional learning experiences. You will be CIPD qualified, have an in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, EDI agendas, and strategic implications. Your communications skills will need to be top-notch to succeed in this challenging role.
