**The Role**

The Senior Human Resources Manager will be a hands-on, proactive leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial, scale-up, lean organization.

This role will work closely with the Managing Director and the Senior Leadership Team to develop processes and ways of working that achieve the company vision and establish Seven as a best-in-class employer.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Lead a team of HR professionals to create and deliver an effective people and culture strategy across recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement, and team satisfaction.

• Develop and implement initiatives and projects that support business needs while enhancing retention and employee fulfillment.

• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Seven remains a competitive and attractive employer.
