About the Role

Handle Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Hire to join their team as Director of Inclusion, People and Culture. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of the company's people function, driving a culture of inclusion and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the People and Talent functions, providing strategic guidance and support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
  • Develop and implement HR operations, including talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Champion culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Collaborate with the SLT to establish and implement new HR systems, processes, and policies
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees, ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improvement
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of UK and US employment laws and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective way
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
