The Opportunity
Lavendo is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales - B2C to lead their sales team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and scaling operations. You will report directly to the Founder/CEO, leading a sales team to expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed revenue targets, conversion rates, and upsell goals
- Develop and implement sales playbooks and scripts
- Hire, train, coach, and mentor a sales team of 6-15 representatives
- Create a competitive KPI and incentive structure for the sales team
- Act as a player-coach, engaging directly with clients and leading by example
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance sales strategies and processes
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in B2C sales and 3 years in managing B2C sales teams
- Proven track record of scaling a B2C company from £1-2M to £5-10M or more in annual revenue
- Experience in hiring, training, and managing sales teams of 6-15 people
- Ideally, experience in the UK moving/storage market
- Startup experience and a player-coach mentality
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work UK hours

- Competitive base compensation: £36,000 - £60,000 per year (negotiable based on experience and location)
