About the Role

We are seeking several Customer Service Advisors to join our team at Pertemps Bristol Commercial in North Bristol. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer care, serving as the primary point of contact between our clients and our workshop.
  • Inform and consult clients on vehicle servicing, keeping them updated at every stage and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Liaise with technicians and workshop control to monitor vehicle statuses and ensure timely completion.
  • Offer expert advice on our products and services to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A customer service background is beneficial for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy, demanding environment.
  • Knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous but is not essential.
