Job Overview
Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust is seeking a dedicated, adaptable, and proactive Estates Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Estates Team. This role encompasses responsibilities across the entire Trust Estate, contributing to the enhancement of our facilities.
The position presents a remarkable opportunity to engage in a vibrant and varied environment within Estates, Facilities, and Capital Projects. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and IT capabilities, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Successful applicants will have a proven history of excellence in communication, IT, and organizational abilities. Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification or relevant experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
Desirable
- Prince 2 certification.
Experience Requirements

- Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with various services and stakeholders.

- Experience in project administration roles within large organizations.
- Previous experience in the NHS environment.
Knowledge & Skills

- Proficient IT skills, capable of generating reports and utilizing all Microsoft applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.

- Familiarity with specialized software systems used in the NHS.
