We have a fantastic opportunity for a Estates Delivery Partner join our team based In Kent with flexible working. The salary on offer is up to £85,000 + £3000 car allowance with annual 10% performance based bonus.

**About the role**:
Our Estates Delivery Partners provide operational leadership within a defined geographical area, to ensure the companys strategy is delivered. This is a senior leadership role within region, delivering full range of property management and Facilities Management services. Managing an average budget of £25M, circa~110 properties with a Gross Internal Area of 100,000 square metres and approximately 200 people.

You will:

- Communicate the NHSPS functional vision and strategy, cascading key organisational messages to keep teams informed
- Contribute to functional and team strategies, developing short and longer-term plans for the team
- Role model the values and behaviours and setting the cultural tone of the team
- Lead and embed change and other organisational initiatives
- Tackle inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Extensive knowledge of FM, safety legislation, compliance and risk management
- Broad understanding of property portfolio management/strategy including occupancy structures and funding in NHS environment
- Significant experience managing compliance and safety management activities
- Understanding of technical planned building maintenance regimes
- Proven track record of managing large scales property/FM teams
- RICS/IWFM or membership to another relevant professional body
- Project management and delivery
- Budget Management
