Role Summary:
This position involves comprehensive business development responsibilities, focusing on identifying and engaging potential clients within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. You will initiate meaningful conversations that pave the way for product demonstrations, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and qualify sales leads through strategic relationship management.
- Conduct proactive outreach to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the technical team to demonstrate product value and drive revenue.
- Acquire new clients to support revenue expansion.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in selling to key decision-makers in the manufacturing, metrology, or engineering sectors is preferred. Familiarity with machine shops, job shops, or manufacturing subcontractors is advantageous.
- Alternatively, candidates with a Mechanical Engineering background and B2B sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in B2B sales within machining services, cutting tools, or material distribution is also relevant.
