Job Title: Employee Relations and Policy Lead
Compensation: £55K
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days onsite)
Trust In SODA is seeking a seasoned Employee Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team within a leading telecommunications organization. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in navigating and addressing intricate employee relations challenges, offering strategic human resources counsel, and facilitating organizational transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and resolving intricate employee relations matters, encompassing grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Delivering expert insights and support to HR Business Partners and management regarding employee relations issues.
- Directing and implementing significant employee relations initiatives across the organization.
- Formulating and executing human resources policies that align with industry best practices.
- Maintaining collaborative relationships with external legal advisors.
- Assisting and/or spearheading organizational change efforts, including TUPE, redundancy discussions, and senior leadership transitions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in employee relations, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of employment legislation and human resources best practices. You will be an articulate and persuasive communicator, capable of fostering strong connections with employees and management at all organizational levels.
